When you order peptides online with us, we pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. All orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the exact same day. Orders placed after the 4:00 PM cutoff will ship the following business day. Actual delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately via email, and we will do our best to update your address. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery destination. You can update your default shipping address for future orders by logging into your account dashboard.
As soon as your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s progress. You can also view your tracking information at any time by logging into your account.

With the sole exception of our pharmaceutical-grade Pfizer Bacteriostatic Water, we strictly refuse to sell any untested products. Every product we ship is accompanied by a Janoshik lab report.
At this time, PeptidePanda.ca ships exclusively within Canada. We are proud to offer fast and reliable delivery to all 10 provinces and 3 territories coast-to-coast.
Whenever possible, we consolidate your entire order into a single package to keep shipping fast and secure. On rare occasions, if your order is particularly large, it may be split into multiple shipments, but you will receive tracking for each package.

Yes, bacteriostatic water is recommended when reconstituting your peptides. To maintain product integrity, all peptides are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried) and must be reconstituted prior to use. They must be mixed exclusively with Bacteriostatic Water, which is sold separately. For your safety and to ensure the product remains effective, please do not use off-brand Bacteriostatic water for peptides.
