Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns on any peptide products. Fulfillment Errors
In the rare event that we ship an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will dispatch the correct product promptly. This applies only to confirmed shipping errors on our end — it is not a return or refund process.
